Regional
The Global Fund was the principal consultant in the International Youth Foundation's successful effort to secure a $10 million grant for job training throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

Argentina
The Global Fund helped create the Inter-American Foundation for Labor Pensions, based in Buenos Aires, and advised it on its fund development throughout Latin America and the US. The Global Fund was the chief consultant in arranging a $2.4 million start-up grant for the Foundation, and a $10 million dollar investment in related small businesses from the Multilateral Investment Fund of the Inter-American Development Bank.

Cameroon
The Global Fund involved the World Bank in co-sponsoring a survey of women and a conference for women civil society organization leaders regarding Women and Work.

El Salvador
Western Catholic University, using the services of Global, obtained a $650,000 grant for an agricultural training program from a US foundation.

Kenya
Strathmore College retained Global to establish its alumni association in the United States. During this brief period, the Global Fund assisted the college in obtaining $30,000 in grants.

Mexico
In Mexico City the Global Fund advised Fundación Bartolomé de las Casas on its educational and local fundraising programs for a job-skills and micro-enterprise training center for street youth. We helped secure $750,000 in seed money from a US-based source.

In rural Mexico the Global Fund helped design programs in family-life and micro-enterprise for the students, alumnae and parents of a school for young women and arranged $215,000 in grants for this initiative, which also generates income for the school itself.

Peru
The Global Fund helped design programs and obtain $1 million for: training women micro-entrepreneurs; training women community leaders in the theory and practice of nutrition for families with scarce resources; training self-sustaining agricultural specialists to service small farmers; and a credit fund for small farmers.

Philippines
The Global Fund trained the fund raisers of the University of Asia and the Pacific in strategies for domestic and international fund development.

Uruguay
The Universidad de Montevideo hired Global to plan successful domestic fund development campaigns.
